1. Product Receipt
All sales are final upon successful delivery or receipt of the purchased item.
Once the client has received the physical book, or has successfully downloaded the eBook or MP4 video, we do not offer refunds or accept returns or exchanges for any reason (including change of mind or content dissatisfaction).
2. Non-Receipt of Item (Loss in Transit)
We only offer a refund or replacement in the event of non-receipt of the product.
If you have not received your purchased physical book within the expected delivery period, or if you encounter a verifiable issue preventing access to the digital product:

- Upon confirmation that the item was not successfully delivered or accessed, we will offer you a choice:
- A full refund of the purchase price, or
- The dispatch of a replacement copy of the product (book, eBook, or video).
3. Digital Products (EBook/MP4)
In the case of digital products, receipt is defined as the successful completion of the download link provided to the customer.
